Thor

You know Thor, right? The amazing superhero of Asgard. Now I am talking about the movie named Thor. This movie released on April 17, 2011. This movie is based on Marvel comic character Thor. Oh I don’t need to say it because you know it already. I just want to give a good review of the movie. That is why I am telling you this. The budget of the movie was 150 million. I think it is enough for a good superhero movie. Now I am telling you the story of Thor.

Once upon a time there happened a war. Thor’s father, Odin, king of Asgard, wages a war against Laufey, the leader of the Frost Giants of Jotunheim. King Odin wins the war and took the power source of Jotunheim. In the present, Odin’s son Thor prepares to be the new king of Asgard. Frost Giants attempt to retrieve their power source but failed. Thor was very angry for that. He travels to Jotunheim against his father’s order to comfort laufey. He takes his borther Loki and his childhood friends. Until Odin comes to Jotunheim, a battle ensures. Odin takes them back to Asgard. For that Thor calls his Father a fool.  Odin strips his son of his godly power and exiles him to Earth as a mortal for Thor’s arrogance. Odin through the hammer with him but he locked it. Thor lands in New Mexico and there he meets with astrophysicist Dr. Jane Foster and her friends. Some funny things happens then. Loki finds out that he is not Thor’s brother. He was taken by Odin after the war from Jotunheim. Odin falls in sickness. Then Loki becomes King. To be the king forever he tells Thor that their father is dead and Thor cannot come back to Asgard. In the meantime Thor tries to get his hammer back but he failed because his father locked it. Thor’s friends come to earth to take Thor back and tell him the truth. But Loki send a powerful guardian of Asgard to make sure that his brother does not come back. In the battle with the giant Thor get back his power and finish the giant. Then he comes back to Asgard. Loki was trying to destroy the Jotunheim. But Thor makes him stop by destroying the bridge and saves everyone. But his brother Loki escaped from Asgard. This is the story of the movie Thor.

The actor of the main character Thor is Chris Hemsworth. Tom Hiddleston acts as Loki the brother of Thor. Natalie Portman as Dr. Jane Foster, Stellan Skarsgård as Dr. Erik Selvig, Colm Feore as Laufey, Ray Stevenson as Volstagg, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Rene Russo as Frigga, Anthony Hopkins as Odin, Tadanobu Asano as Hogun, Joshua Dallas as Fandral and Jaimie Alexander as Sif. I just give the cast of the main characters of Thor.

Thor is a great movie for watch, the graphics of the movie is really awesome. When I watched the movie, I was totally consumed. I watched it over 5 times. I am suggesting you to watch Thor, if didn’t yet. I can assure you that your time will not be wasted by Thor.
